DV Lottery Winner Interview is over, but the visa still not issued.

DV Loottery successfull winners were called for interviews at the embassy, after the interview they were told soon they will be issued with visa. But so far long time passed and no reply. If asked they reply still under process.

Here are some reasons for it.
There are cases of Some African DV Lottery winners and some Asian DV Lottery winners have submitted false and forged certificates, entered in to frudent marriges.

So when a winner come for the interview he pays the visa fee, attend the digital photo, and the finger scanning process. Provides proof for the nationality, education, assistance provider in the USA to the visa officer along with other forms and documents. He will check them all and if didn’t find any wrong doing he will sayto come and collect the visa on a date which he will inform later.
On the other hand officials will check the medical report, Local police report of the person for any wrong doing activities.
While some other Govermental organizations will start to check the person’s finger prints and digital photo with their and other country files for any match.
Check the person for having any alleged connectivity with any Baned organizations or groups.
These process will take time.
Because they want to give a Immigrant - Permanant residency visa to a real good law abiding person.
For these, you have to allow them some time to give you the visa.
