Hi,
I am from Iran and I came to UK for doing the MSc in 2007 after receiving and completeing my first letter of DV-2008, I have two questions that I could not find my answers in previous submitted questions:
1. Regarding to my country’s relationship with USA and the fact that I do not trust the postal services now a days in Iran and by having close relatives in USA, is it wise to change my delivery address to USA or it is late now ?
2. Do the US embassies in UK make the interview for winners? Cause I am realy worry about the country that I might be interviewd and it’s visa affairs!

Hi, You alredy gave them the address. It will be difficult to change now as for your first form.
If you like you can ask them.
You can be interviewed in UK, But in the first form what country you equested?
Your country status won’t affect, any way they will check about your backround and activities every where before they issue a visa. Where you from is not a matter but do you qualify is the important.

after one has won the dv 2oo8,for example,case number 4xxxx.
do you still select the case numbers to go for interview?
i thought it is within a certain range?

Hi go to the visa bulletin and check, you can find out.
But if the visas are are available you will be called for the interview.
Even the visas are available, the program will close for the year on 30th September.
Then tell us also what you find in the visa bulletin.

hi,
I am a winner of dv2009. Do I need to feel FORM DSP-122 No7 compulsory? Because I am qualified in education for I am a degree holder not applying for work experience.

Hello, I just got a very nice letter saying I was randomly selected for the dv 2009
I am looking for an attorney because I was born in Brazil , but both of my parents are from France.
My question is : I am currently living in the United States as an international student, are they any special spets to take in that case?

If you want, you can change status in USA to PR.
You must contct the USCIS to do this.
If you are claiming your parents country act quick you got many works.
